As the organiser of Wings India 2026, the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) and FICCI consider the Media Pass to be a working tool strictly for bona fide members of the press. All successfully accredited media personnel will be issued a Media Pass.

Below are non-exhaustive examples of individuals and organisations who are / are not eligible for accreditation:

    • Journalists (reporter, correspondent, photo/video journalist)
    • Broadcast producers and production crews (cameraman, soundman)
    • Freelance journalists with official letters of assignment
  • Non-editorial staff of news organisations and publications
  • Account representatives
  • Authors
  • General managers
  • Industry analysts
  • Marketing, advertising and sales publishing personnel
  • Public relations and communications teams, writers, photographers and videographers contracted by partners, exhibitors, suppliers and government agencies

Pass Regulations

  • Team Wings India reserves the right to determine eligibility for accreditation based on circulation size, format, reach and quality, among other criteria.
  • Media personnel must be at least 18 years old to be admitted during trade days.
  • Team Wings India reserves the right to bar applicants and organisations from future editions due to misconduct or misrepresentation.
  • All media must be pre-registered and accredited to attend Wings India 2026. Walk-ins will not be allowed.
  • Media will not be permitted to apply for or hold more than one access pass per event.
  • The Media Pass is Non-Transferable and may only be used by the person whose name appears on the pass.
  • Team Wings India reserves the right to modify these policies without prior notice and revoke previously approved accreditations at any time.

Media Credentials

Applicants are required to include the relevant set of press credentials below:

Editorial departments of news organisations and publications

Official ID card with all necessary specifications of the media personnel and organisation

OR

A letter of assignment on the official letterhead of a media organisation, signed by the Publisher, Assignment Editor, Editor-in-Chief or Bureau Chief (PDF format only).

The letter must specify the journalist’s name, functional title and role at the event. Unsigned letters will not be accepted.

Note: Accreditation approval letters may be used as supporting documents for visa applications. Foreign media are advised to apply early to ensure sufficient processing time.
